Refund Policy

We want you to love your Bubblicious purchase! Due to hygiene considerations for bath & body products, returns/refunds are limited.

Eligibility

  • Products may only be returned if damaged, defective, or incorrect at delivery.

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

How to Initiate

  • Order number

  • Photo evidence of issue

  • Description of damage/defect

Return Shipping

You are responsible for shipping the item back unless the error was on our part.

Refunds or Exchanges

  • Approved returns may be refunded to the original payment method.

  • Exchanges are possible (same item only), based on availability.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products opened or used

  • Change of mind orders

  • Sale or discounted items (unless defective)

Processing Time

Refunds may take up to 7–14 business days after we receive the returned item.
